Here is a nice little funky song David Christie and Jack Robinson wrote for Soul legend Jimmy James & The Vagabonds titled “Do The Funky Conga”, check out this rare fab dance track below and enjoy!

Jimmy James, from Jamaica, had a few hit singles before he moved to London, UK  where he performed with the Vagabonds in the 1960’s. “Do The Funky Conga” was released as a 7″ vinyl single in 1976 in 6 countries including the UK, France, and Barbados under the PYE record label. Jimmy continues to perform around in Britain and is currently celebrating over 50 years of music in the UK.
